You can make a reservation by filling out the online application form, specifying all the information required in the form, or by sending a request to an e-mail:

The booking application is processed within 24 hours, but if you sent the application on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed no later than the following working day.

After making a reservation, an invoice will be sent to the Client requesting a guarantee deposit payment of 30% of the total amount of the invoice. The guarantee deposit payment is due within 3 days of the invoice date.

The booking is valid only after the guarantee deposit payment, according to the date specified in the invoice. When you receive a deposit, the hotel guarantees the room of choice availability. In case of an unpaid deposit, the hotel reserves the right to sell the room to another person.

The invoice includes all reservation information and booked services, including: booking dates, amount and types of rooms, as well as the information about additional services, such as dinner, staying with a pet, etc.

The remaining amount of the invoice must be paid 7 days before the scheduled arrival. With a prior request it is possible to pay the remaining amount on the spot.

Important! When making a deposit or full payment for any reserved services, the Client confirms that he or she has read and agrees with the Terms and Conditions of the Lielborne Manor.


The Lielborne Manor’s booking payment options

The following Credit cards are accepted for hotel services: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. The payment can be made with a bank transfer based on the invoice, as well as with the EveryPay online payment via link, which the hotel, at the Client’s request, sends along with the invoice.

Additional services may be settled on the spot with a card or in cash.


Hotel booking rules

When making a deposit and full payment for services, the Client agrees with the hotel’s room rental and hotel’s Internal rules.

At the time of reservation, please inform the hotel staff of any ilnesses, allergies and other important factors that may affect your stay in the hotel.


The Lielborne Manor’s booking cancellation procedure

The booking cancellation procedure depends on the seasonality of the hotel. You can cancel a guaranteed reservation by sending a written request to the e-mail:

It is possible to cancel the reservation without penalty:

* In the period from August 16 to June 14 – up to 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival.

If you cancel the reservation later than 48 hours prior the arrival, the hotel does not return the amount paid. Reservations that include living on Fridays and Saturdays are subject to the summer season reservation cancellation rules.

During the summer season, i.e. from June 15 to August 15, as well as staying in the hotel during the rest of the year on Fridays and Saturdays, reservation may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, only a reservation guarantee deposit of 30% will be withheld. The full amount of payment is withheld for canceling the reservation made later than 72 hours prior the arrival.


Arrival and departure

The booked hotel room for Clients is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. During the check-in, the Client is required to show a personal identification document – a passport or an ID card.

On the day of departure, the check-out is no later than 12:00.



Breakfast is included in the room’s price.

Breakfast Time:

Working days from 7:00 till 10:00.

On weekends and holidays from 8:30 till 10:30.

Parking lot

There are two free parking lots available to hotel guests in the Manor’s territory. Please notify the staff in advance how many cars will need the parking. The hotel is not responsible for the safety of the car and the property left in the vehicle.


Smoking is prohibited throughout the whole Manor’s territory and in all hotel rooms. Penalty for smoking in unauthorised places: 100 EUR.


Free wireless Internet connection is available in guest rooms as well as in the public areas of the hotel.

Internal rules


With a prior request guests may be allowed to stay in a hotel with pets. Please timely inform the hotel staff about wanting to stay in the hotel with your pets. The guest is responsible for the behaviour and accommodation of their pets and bears full material responsibility for causing damage to the property of the hotel and manor. The pet’s stay at the hotel: EUR 10 per day.

Additional bed

In some hotel rooms, it is possible to accommodate an additional bed. If you need an additional bed, please inform you at the time of booking the number.


For kids up to age of 2 staying in the hotel room with 2 adults on existing beds is free. If a child up to the age of 15 requires an extra bed, an additional fee will be applied, according to the hotel’s price list.

Common rules

  1. Please treat the hotel property gently, including the Manor’s Park and the whole estate’s infrastructure, as well as the hotel’s Fire Safety Rules. The guest is responsible for direct and indirect damage to the property/hotel property for which a fine according to material damages will be imposed.
  2. When leaving the hotel, please leave the room key with the receptionist. In the event of loss or damage of the key, the fine is 15 EUR.
  3. The hotel is not responsible for the items and valuables left in the rooms. Leaving the room, as well as during the night, please make sure your room door is locked.
  4. Please notify about any complains regarding the hotel or services provided by the hotel before the check-out. Otherwise complaints after the check-out will not be accepted.
  5. Children under the age of 18 must be under the supervision of parents or an authorised person. All responsibility for children during the stay at the hotel and while on the Manor’s territory lies on the parents or the authorised persons.
  6. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests please keep noise to a minimum during a time period from 23:00 to 7:00 in the room and the hotel’s common space.
  7. Please comply with the hotel’s Fire Safety Rules.

Use of the Lielborne Manor’s infrastructure for hotel guests

  1. Guests may use the manor’s infrastructure for their intended purposes free of charge, including nature trail in the Manor’s Park, picnic sites, children’s playground, as well as the ropes route.
  2. At the previous request, guests can order a selection of the manor grill.
  3. With a prior request, guests can rent a boat trip on the Daugava river, as well as order a picnic basket for a takeaway.
