Riverbed hike

A unique short hike with a pleasant drop of the extreme and adventure! The first part of the route will take you from the Lielborne Manor to the mouth of the Borne River in the Daugava. Then on foot you will walk from the Borne River to the waterfall of the Lielborne Manor Mill.

Natural ravines and rapid river arches, crossing the debris of stones, trees and ancient ruins will be an unforgettable adventure for the whole family or a group of friends. Discover the power and beauty of nature! It will be wet, but fun experience. So let’s explore Latgale from a slightly different angle and enjoy hiking in Latvia together!

You will need to bring your own rubber slippers (crocs) for the hike or you will be able to rent them for an additional fee. In case of high water level the hike takes place from Lielborne manor mill pond to Borne river underpass.

The duration of the trip, accompanied by the staff of the recreation complex: from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
The minimum age for children is 5 years.
Price: 15 euros per person, the hike is organized for a group of minimum 3 people.
